challenging, during an administrative appeal, a decision of refusal of the construction of 20 apartments in a municipality based, amongst others, on the illegality of a municipal policy regarding densification and construction pauses.<\/p>\n<p>Reaching an agreement with the inspection of urban planning regarding various urban planning offenses, in the form of an amicable settlement so that the enforcement was bought off, extinguishing the recovery claims resting on the real estate.<\/p>\n<p>Successful representation of the interests of a project developer who had a dispute with a buyer of a permit project regarding the financial valuation of the transferred project in light of a changed urban planning policy with regard to spatial intensification and return.<\/p>\n<p>Expropriation procedure of many years whereby a compensation of several million euros was
